I have a habit of “processing” everything that happens with me with others and i know this habit is actually so harmful for me and others.  So I have tried really hard to not process and now i am holding so much emotional energy. I am moving my body but as I am doing this I am not focusing on the emotions i am using the movement as a way to distract myself from the heaviness of the emotions.  I see that the solution for me is to move my body with intention and focus on clearing the energy not distracting me from the energy and i can keep going.
