Teamwork
I grew up pretty independent. Because i didn’t like interacting with others and my dislike of conflict, I would want to do everything by myself and had the attitude, “Oh I’ll do it all.” because I thought I could do it better and I didn’t want to spend time teaching someone how to do it. I know why I avoided all this, cause teamwork is hard. You have to deal with all sorts of personalities and people. Has Ilchi Lee ever said anything about teamwork? Is there any advice that anyone has on how to be a better team player? To contribute, but also let your individual self shine?
