Meridian flowing in Dahn Yoga class
In your regular Dahn classes, you learn to brush your hands down the back side of your legs, from your lower back to your feet, when you change to a sitting posture after doing standing meridian exercises. Why do we do this? We do it to stimulate the Bladder Meridian flowing down the back of the body, which helps effectively relax the lower body.
