i read a quote from one of ilchi lee’s messages that made me tear up when i read it. he said that as long as you are alive, you have no limitations, don’t accept any limitations for yourself. i really understand that and it gave me new hope for my life…i also feel that as long as I have no limitations, my actions are limitless.
I just did brain wave vibration at my center, it was really cool… We had to move our heads to stimulate our brains. I could feel the vibration in my body and it felt like my head was moving on its own. Afterwards i felt a little dizzy, but my mind was calm.
i think brain wave vibration is great training to do everyday.

I like this maxim because I always feel best when I do things with honesty, integrity and dillgence. My soul hurts when I don’t do my best. Initially when I read this maxim, it seemed kind of “moral” but really, my body hurts when I am not very honest or don’t do things with integrity–i feel pain. So there isn’t even a choice to not do something that way, or at least try to…consequences are…not feeling well. It’s kind of good checking system, your body.

Ilchi Lee says that we need to gain the trust of our brain–and by doing that we need to do consistent actions so that our brain can trust.
A good way to ease headaches is to have someone rub your toes, this will help bring energy down. Also, if someone can rub the base of your neck that can also help circulate the energy. Breathing and focusing on your dahn jon is also important.

It can be hard to accept changes in life. Ilchi Lee says that “transience is the most general phenomenon of the cosmos. Change is the only changeless reality. Seasons, livelihoods, personal relationships–all of these will change. Our experiences in life are transient and relative. Only death is certain, completing the cycle of life that begins with birth. By meditation upon this truth, we recognize that we, too, are manifestations of transience.”
It makes me feel more humble and a little sad when I read these words, but also it makes me feel very free. If you think about it deeply, every second of our existence we are changing, because we are growing, we are aging. To try and stop that can seem kind of silly. I want to embrace all the changes and have a really flexible mind.

Everything is inside of me, nothing is outside–i used to be stimulated by the outside a lot, and it would make my inside happy. But now that I am growing I realize that my inside is what makes my outside happy. I am happy to have a place to call, my body and a person to be with, my soul.

Have you heard the story about how Ilchi Lee purchased Mago Garden? it is a pretty amazing story. You can read about it in the book Mago’s Dream which can be found at your Dahn centers. It wasn’t easy. It took a long time. There was a lot of doubt and fear around the purchase. It is very hard to imagine because the land is so developed and beautiful now. Whenever I think about how much agony Ilchi Lee had about buying this land and making it something from nothing, it touches my heart deeply.

it took me a long time to understand this…i always thought my partner would be another person. It still could be, but my main partner is my soul. Usually when I am looking for a partner, it is because I want to get energy from that person. And of course, if it didn’t happen, i would be disappointed. It is exhausting when your happiness is dependent on another’s feelings for you. I don’t want to live that way anymore. I want to be fulfilled inside and share whatever love I have with others, without needing or expecting anything in return. In order to do that, i need to keep focusing on growing my soul.
