Dahn centers have open classes where people can try classes for free–go to dahnyoga.com to find a listing of centers and the times and dates for open classes. through an open class was the way I signed for membership. I had done many yogas, but by experiencing class, i felt something so different about dahn yoga. Open class is a great way for you to experience for yourself!
