You may have a better chance of achieving it, now that the basics needs of life – financial security, starting a career, raising a family, etc. – are no longer of primary importance to you. Make a plan for who you want to be one, five, or ten years from now. This does not have to mean starting a new career or taking on some huge project. More importantly it means becoming the kind of person you really want to be in terms of character and your interaction with world round you. If you have ever thought to yourself, “I want to leave the world a better place than I found,” now is the time to act on that desire. To find your vision, find what really fills you with a sense of joy and contentment. For most, this will probably involve contributing something of value to your community or the world. Don’t be afraid to set your goal high and to dream big.

is a really great workshop. I have taken most of the workshops at the center and through this one I learned how to awaken, feel and watch my body. Before I couldn’t focus well on my inside, there was too much emotional pain that I couldn’t deal with. Through initial Awakening I was able to go deep inside, and form a strong inner world. I am so grateful that Ilchi Lee created these system of workshops, they focus on making, not only a better body, but a better life.

How can we live more consciously when our experiences are created out of our addictions to the same emotions? Our brain becomes needy of the same chemical reactions so we create the same experiences which makes it even harder to break the addiction. The only way to break the cycle is to do something different. No matter what it is. I think this is why Ilche Lee says not to worry about making mistakes. So that we can try different things and continually break the cycle of addiction that is so easy to create.
