This principle from Human Technology has completely changed my life. I always was searching for things on the outside to make me happy. Currently I try my best to live this principle, although sometimes I still like to have a nice scoop of ice cream.

Actually through Brain Education I have been able to solve my issue of family. My family has a higher regard for me now and it is all thanks to Ilchi Lee’s teachings that I have been able to see our situation clearly and address it as needed to create a healthy and satisfying result.
